50 Cent is facing some legal trouble after he furiously threw his microphone into the crowd during a concert on Wednesday.

According to TMZThe 48-year-old rapper is now suspected of battery after the concertgoer who was hit in the head filed a police report against him.

Real name Curtis, the rapper was performing his last stop Last lap tour in Los Angeles on Wednesday when he pointed two of the microphones at the victim, now identified as Power 106 radio host Brihanna Monegain, for unspecified reasons.

In her police report, Monegain claims 50 Cent “looked directly at her before dropping the mic,” suggesting the rapper “knew she was there.”

As a result of the impact, the media personality suffered head trauma, resulting in extensive blood loss and an open wound.

50 Cent responds to the attack:

After filing the report with the police, the representative of Window Shopper the rapper released a statement in his defense.

“Let’s be very clear, as I told the LAPD this afternoon, my client Curtis (aka 50 Cent) would never intentionally hit someone with a microphone,” shared Scott Leamon.

“Anyone who says otherwise doesn’t have all the facts and is misinformed,” he added.
